Unless specified in these Terms of Sale, i.e. demo video sessions, PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. In rare occasions, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. • How do I delete my account?
• To delete your Online Ballet Class account, go to your Account Settings under the My Home navigation tab, and click on Cancel Account. IMPORTANT: For security purposes, an email will be sent to you – this email includes a confirmation link that you MUST click on in order to confirm the complete cancellation of your account. If you do not click on this link, your account will remain active.
• Be advised that all your content, information, and subscription privileges, if applicable, will be lost at the time of cancellation. You may sign-up with Online Ballet Class again at any time, however you will have to start from scratch.
• If you are on a subscription and only wish to cancel your subscription, as opposed to your entire account, please go to the Subscriptions tab in your Account Settings and cancel from there.
